We are currently experiencing a problem with our log in system. Customers already logged into the system will still have access. However, customers wanting to log in are currently unable to do so. We are really sorry about this inconvenience and our engineers are working on a solution right now to resolve the access issues.

We have a cluster of servers, but they depend currently on a single NFS server – and this is the point of failure. Engineers are attempting to fix this as well as set up a new server as an alternative solution.
